Notes for installation of efficient air supply outlet:

1. Before installation, it is important that the size efficiency requirements of the efficient air supply inlet conform to the on-site design requirements of the clean room and customer application standards.

2. Before the installation of the efficient air supply outlet, the product should be cleaned and cleaned and the cleaning room should be thoroughly cleaned. For example, the dust in the air conditioning system should be cleaned and cleared

The air conditioning system must be run continuously for more than 12 hours and cleaned again.

3.The safe transport of the efficient air supply port should be put in strict accordance with the sign and direction of the production manufacturer, and should be handled and placed lightly in the transport process to avoid violent vibration and collision.

4. Before the installation of the efficient air supply port, the appearance inspection of the air supply port packaging shall be carried out on site, including whether the filter paper, sealant and frame are damaged;Whether the length, diagonal line and thickness dimensions meet the requirements;Frames without burrs and rust spots (metal frames);There is no product qualification certificate, whether the technical performance meets the design requirements.

5. Conduct efficient air supply inlet leak detection, check and check whether the leakage is qualified. Reasonable distribution should be made according to the resistance size of each air supply outlet.The level of cleanliness is equal to and higher than the level 100 clean room of the efficient air outlet.

6. In the clean room, the joints between the tuyere flanging edge of the efficient air supply inlet and the ceiling plate shall be treated with sealing gasket.
