Q1: Are you a factory or trading company?
A: We are a professional manufacturer, our factory is located in Shantou city, China, Office in Guangzhou China. We are warmly welcome clients from worldwide to visit our factory and cooperate with us.

Q2. When can I get the price?
A: We usually quote within 24 hours after we get your inquiry. If you are very urgent to get the price, please call us or tell us in your email so that we will regard your inquiry priority. 

Q3. How can I get a sample to check your quality?
A: After price confirmation, you can require for samples to check our quality. If you just need a blank sample to check the design and paper quality, we will provide you sample, as long as you afford the express freight.

Q4. How long can I expect to get the sample?
A: After you pay the sample charge and send us confirmed files, the samples will be ready for delivery in 2 days. The samples will be sent to you via express. You can use your own express account or prepay us if you do not have an account.

Q5.What about the transportation and delivery date?
A: It is about 5-15 days. It also denpends on which coutry and port you are. It could be shorter if you need to send the goods like Asian. If there are some emergencies we can send the goods via air express, as long as you afford the traffic expense.
 
Q6: It has been so many days! Where is my order? 
A: Sorry for the trouble. Delivery can be affected by weather, customs, policy change and the others. If you have been waiting too long time for your order, please contact us, we will do our best and give you the most sensible solution to tackle your problems. 

Q7: How about quality of products?
A: We have a QC team with 5 years of experience on average. We take quality check several times before delivery. It is not guaranteed that every headset will have the same sound, but we can make sure the defective item rate will be controlled within 3%. If the item comes with noise, one side big sound, one side small sound and function problem, please take the photo and video of it and send us, we will refund you a part of money according to defective item quantity or resend you the same quantity items in your next order.
 
Q8: How about quantity of products?
A: We have weighed the goods before shipment. If there is a shortage of quantity, the customer needs to provide the carton weight picture and the logistics company's weight picture for confirmation.

Q9: Can you accept OEM and design?
A: Yes, we have 10 years of experience in OEM and ODM order and we have a professional team with much experience in designing and manufacturing, just tell us your ideas, we will draw the finished files for your confirmation. So far we can customize color, logo, mic, wire, earphone head tube, earplug silicone cap, earphone cover, speaker and so on.
